Why does the Western Mail and South Wales Echo hate the Assembly so much?

Yes theres a lot of waste in the ASssembly and a whole tranche of middle rank managers should be sacked as superfluois to requirements. But thats a general problem throughout the British civil service. Look at Defra, the Home Office, MOD etc if you want to see inefficancy and waste on a grand scale.
The Assmbly's achievements are all its own, its failings are the failures of the British civil service as a whole.
Keep exposing the failures by all means but really the fault lies with the British mentality so many at the Assembly still show.
"The Assmbly's achievements are all its own, its failings are the failures of the British civil service as a whole." What a load of twaddle.
